This is the current operating Privacy Policy for Rage Bait Stadium, written in plain language
as a genuine, usable policy for a free-to-play game. We may update it as the app evolves, and
we will have it reviewed by qualified legal counsel before introducing any real-money features.
1. Introduction
Rage Bait Stadium (the “App”) is operated by Manual Mode Studios LLC
(“Manual Mode Studios,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), which is the party responsible for your
information (the data controller). This Privacy Policy explains what information the App
collects, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices you have. By using the App you
agree to this Policy and to our Terms of Service.
2. Information We Collect
Account information. When you sign up — using email and password,
“Continue with Google,” or “Continue with Apple” — through Firebase Authentication
(Google), we receive your email address and the
display name you choose. Google or Apple also provides a unique account
identifier. If you use Apple and choose to hide your email, we receive only Apple’s private
relay address. We never receive or store your Google or Apple password.
In-app activity (usage data). To run the game, we store the activity you
generate in the App: your predictions, in-game bets and challenges, virtual item
balances (RBT and PAC), rankings, progression, and similar gameplay records.
We do not collect payment or financial information (the App is free), and
we do not request unnecessary sensitive personal data.
3. How We Use Your Information
We use your information only to operate and provide the App, including to:
create, secure, and manage your account;
run predictions, matchmaking, scoring, rankings, and progression;
power the social features (feed, friends, and challenges) that you choose to use; and
maintain, troubleshoot, and improve the service.
We do not sell your personal information.
4. Third-Party Services We Use
We rely on a small number of service providers to run the App. They process data on our
behalf to provide their services:
Firebase Authentication (Google LLC) — handles account sign-up and
login (email/password, Google sign-in, and Apple sign-in). Your authentication is
processed by Google. See Google’s Privacy Policy at

Sign in with Apple (Apple Inc.) — if you choose “Continue with Apple,”
Apple verifies your identity and may relay a private email address. See Apple’s Privacy

Railway — provides the hosting for our application server and database,
where your account record and gameplay data are stored.
5. Data Security
We take reasonable measures to protect your information, such as encrypted
(HTTPS) connections and access controls on our systems. However, no method of
transmission over the internet or method of electronic storage is 100% secure, and
we cannot guarantee absolute security.
6. Data Retention and How to Delete Your Account
We keep your information for as long as your account is active. You can request
deletion of your account and associated personal data at any time by emailing
support@manualmodestudios.com (or by using any
in-app account-deletion option we provide). Upon a verified request, we will delete your
account record and personal data from our database and remove your authentication record from
Firebase, except for limited information we are required to retain to comply with the law.
7. Age Requirement — Not for Anyone Under 21
The App is not intended for, and may not be used by, anyone under 21 years of
age, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 21. If you believe
a person under 21 has provided us with information, please contact us and we will delete it.
8. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated version here
with a new effective date, and we may highlight significant changes within the App. Your
continued use of the App after changes take effect means you accept the updated Policy.
