These are the current operating Terms of Service for Rage Bait Stadium, written in plain
language as genuine, usable terms for a free-to-play game. We may update them as the app
evolves, and we will have them reviewed by qualified legal counsel before introducing any
real-money features.
1. Acceptance of these Terms
Rage Bait Stadium (the “App”) is operated by Manual Mode Studios LLC
(“Manual Mode Studios,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By creating an account or using the App, you
agree to these Terms of Service and to our Privacy Policy. If you do
not agree, please do not use the App.
2. Eligibility — You Must Be 21 or Older
You must be at least 21 years old to create an account or use the App. By
using the App, you represent and warrant that you are 21 or older. We may suspend or remove
any account we reasonably believe belongs to a person under 21.
3. What Rage Bait Stadium Is (and Is Not)
Rage Bait Stadium is a free-to-play, skill-based sports prediction game.
No real money. No monetary value. Not gambling.
The App is free to play.
“RBT” (Rage Bait Tokens) and “PAC” (Predictive Accuracy
Credits) are virtual, in-app items only. They have
no monetary value, cannot be redeemed for cash, prizes, or
anything of value, and cannot be bought, sold, cashed out, or transferred for
real money. They exist solely to play the game and track standings.
The App is not real-money gambling, sports betting, or a wagering
service. Results are determined by skill — your ability to predict
sports outcomes — and no real-money stakes are ever placed, won, or lost.
Words like “bet,” “stake,” “pool,” or “wager” used in the App refer only to in-game use
of these no-value virtual items.
4. Your Account
One account per person. Creating multiple accounts is not permitted.
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials (including any password) secure
and for all activity that happens under your account.

if you believe your account has been accessed without your permission.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
5. Acceptable Use
When using the App, you agree that you will not:
Cheat, or use bots, scripts, automation, or exploits of any kind.
Manipulate the prediction, scoring, ranking, matchmaking, or progression
systems, or create multiple or fake accounts to gain an unfair advantage.
Harass, threaten, abuse, impersonate, defame, or post hateful, obscene, or
unlawful content toward other users through any social, feed, chat, friend, or
challenge features.
Interfere with, disrupt, attack, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App, its
servers, or other users’ accounts.
Use the App for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms.
We may remove content and suspend or permanently ban accounts that break these rules.
6. Service Provided “As Is”; Changes and Availability
The App is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not
guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or always available, and
downtime may occur. We may change, suspend, reset, or discontinue any part of the App —
including virtual items, balances, seasons, rewards, or rankings — at any time, with or
without notice.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Manual Mode Studios LLC and Rage Bait Stadium are
not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages,
or for any loss of virtual items, balances, data, rankings, or access, arising out of or
related to your use of (or inability to use) the App. Because the App is free and its virtual
items have no monetary value, our total aggregate liability to you for any claim is limited to
the amount you have paid us, which is US $0.
8. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will post the updated version
here with a new effective date. Your continued use of the App after changes take
effect means you accept the updated Terms.
9. Termination
You may stop using the App and delete your account at any time (see the
Privacy Policy for how to request deletion). We may suspend or
terminate your access if you violate these Terms or if we discontinue the App.
